Applicability of Terms

These terms and conditions apply to the use of any service on the bet bd platform. By accessing the site, opening an account, or using any service, you are considered to have voluntarily accepted these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, you are advised not to use the platform.

Registration Process

To open an account on bet bd, you must complete the registration form with accurate and complete information. Providing a valid mobile number and a working email address is mandatory. If any false or misleading information is found in the details provided during registration, the account may be suspended at any time.

One Person, One Account

Each person may open only one account. Multiple accounts in the same person's name, or multiple registrations using the same mobile number or bank account, are strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be cancelled and the balances held in them may be forfeited.

Account Verification

bet bd may at any time request the necessary documents to verify your identity. You may be asked to submit a copy of your National ID, passport, or other government-issued identification. If documents are not submitted within the specified time, account activity may be temporarily suspended.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorised access to your account or any suspicious activity, you must notify the bet bd support team immediately. bet bd will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from sharing your details with a third party.

Minimum Age

All casino and betting activities on the bet bd platform are for persons aged 21 or above only. Registration by minors is completely prohibited. If any discrepancy is found during age verification, the account will be closed immediately and a decision will be made regarding the refund of deposited funds.

Geographic Eligibility

bet bd's services are operated targeting users in Bangladesh. Users must confirm for themselves that participating in online betting activities is lawful under local laws in their area. Full responsibility for using the service from any restricted region lies with the user.

Deposit Rules

The following methods may be used to deposit funds on bet bd: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. Only deposits from accounts or cards registered in your own name are accepted — depositing funds from a third party's account is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Rules

A minimum balance of ৳500 is required to make a withdrawal. After a withdrawal request is made, the process is generally completed within 1 hour. Withdrawals will only be sent to the account used for the deposit. To withdraw bonus funds, the associated wagering requirements must be met.

• Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• For bank transfers, major banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank are accepted.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.

Fraud Prevention

bet bd reserves the right to suspend withdrawals on any account where unusual activity is detected in a transaction, until an investigation is completed. Any transaction linked to money laundering or fraud will be cancelled, and the relevant information may be shared with the relevant authorities.

Welcome Bonus Terms

The bet bd welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus. To withdraw the bonus funds, wagering of 10 times the bonus amount must be completed.

Example: If you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. To withdraw the bonus, ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 in wagering is required.

Terms for Other Promotions

Each promotion on bet bd has its own terms. A brief description is given below:

• Weekly Reload Bonus: 30% bonus, up to ৳5,000, 15x wagering, once per week.
• Cricket Festival Bonus: 50% bonus, up to ৳8,000, 20x wagering, once per month.
• Friday Slots Bonus: 40% bonus, up to ৳6,000, 18x wagering.
• Birthday Reward: up to ৳1,000, 10x wagering.
• Refer a Friend Bonus: up to ৳2,000, 5x wagering.

General Terms for Bonus Use

No bonus may be claimed more than once unless the promotion's terms state otherwise. Any winnings earned using bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering is completed. bet bd reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of suspicious bonus claims or misuse of the system.

Bet Acceptance and Cancellation Policy

Once each bet on bet bd is confirmed, it is considered final. bet bd reserves the right to cancel any bet due to a technical error or abnormal odds. The original stake amount will be refunded for any cancelled bet.

Sports Betting

In sports betting, the result of each match will be determined based on the announcement of the relevant governing body. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the associated bet will be voided and the stake will be returned. For cricket, betting on BPL, IPL, and T20 international matches will be conducted in accordance with the set rules.

Live Casino and Slots

In live casino and slot games, the result of each round is determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. If the internet connection is lost during a game, the result of the ongoing round will be saved on the server and can be viewed later. If the result of a game is unclear due to a technical issue, the decision of bet bd shall be considered final.

Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bet bd platform:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with false information for the purpose of obtaining a bonus.
• Playing games using software, bots, or automation tools.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability of the platform.
• Operating an account through a third party.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.

Consequences of Violations

If any of the prohibited activities listed above are proven, bet bd may permanently close the associated account without notice. In such cases, any bonus balance in the account will be forfeited. For serious violations, winnings may also be voided.

Suspension by bet bd

bet bd may temporarily or permanently suspend an account in the following circumstances: failure of identity verification, suspicious transactions, breach of terms and conditions, or age-related discrepancies. Where possible, the user will be notified before suspension, however in urgent cases immediate action may be taken.

Closure by the User

You may request closure of your account at any time. Informing the support team via live chat or email will result in the account being closed. Before closure, arrangements will be made to return any withdrawable balance in the account; however, bonus balances will not be returned.

In the Event of Service Disruption

bet bd aims to provide uninterrupted service, however the service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance, third-party software errors, or unforeseen circumstances. bet bd will not be liable for any financial loss arising in such situations, although if a loss is clearly caused by our error, we will endeavour to resolve it.

Third-Party Services

bet bd platform uses content from various game developers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution, JILI, and Spribe. If any game fails to run properly due to a fault or interruption in third-party software, the relevant game session will be considered void and the stake will be returned.
